I’m currently recruiting for a client, who would like an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join an exciting project on an initial 6 - 12-month daily rate contract. Strong rate available.

Great opportunity for a hands-on consultant to work closely with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and deliver effective CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

The Role

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs.
• Support the design and implementation of CRM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers and architects to deliver solutions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations across the Dynamics 365 platform.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.
• Experience with requirements gathering solution design and functional configuration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile project environments is desirable.
